As you may be aware, our Managing Director, Dean Kirby, and Project Manager, Paul Cross, will be completing a 375km cycle from Angkor Wat to Bangkok in aid of raising money for Cancer Research UK.
Showing his dedication at the weekends, Paul has updated us with an image of his most recent cycle session. Proof that training is underway and preparation for the event is in full swing – both on the bike and behind the scenes. The setting isn’t half bad either!
The reason for the huge effort and drive to raise money for this cause is due to the fact this is a disease that touches so many and we want to help be part of beating cancer once and for all. Cancer Research is a major charity in the UK and as individuals and a business, we want to give something back for the excellent work they do. Understanding the causes of different cancers and preventing more cases could save many thousands of lives.
To show your support (for the charity and the fact Paul was brave enough to send us a picture in his shorts), please go to the giving page here.
We also have some excellent prizes detailed on the page including our Harwoods sponsored prize where you can win a Bentley for a weekend. We are also looking for sponsors for the shirts that will be worn during the event. If you are interested in any of these, please visit the giving page, check out the website and LinkedIn or email us at [email protected]
We would greatly appreciate seeing the total raised edge closer and closer to the target so let’s see 375km worth of donations!
