Our service and maintenance department offer tailored packages to suit specific requirements for each client, with pre-planned maintenance and 24/7 365 day reactive call out Nationwide.
A regularly serviced air conditioning system will prolong the life of the equipment, maintain manufacturers warranties, and help to prevent major breakdowns. Checking for wear and tear will keep the system running at peak performance running efficiently which will ensure the system will cost less to operate and the air quality will be better.
The most popular type of contract we offer is a 12 month whereby we carry out two maintenance visits per year, one being a major visit and one being a minor visit. We can also tailor contract lengths specific to your requirements and these can be cancelled at any time (subject to conditions). We have contracts in place that run for 2, 5 & 10 years which can be arranged with fixed costs.
All service & maintenance visits are pre planned and you will be notified at the time of taking out the contract what the attendance dates are, and to check if convenient. We therefore do not have a reaction time for pre–planned service & maintenance visits.
Your air conditioning equipment will form a unique entry onto our CAFM system including the equipment model & serial numbers, date of manufacturer and any pre-planned or reactive work carried out. This becomes a comprehensive record enabling us to keep records for you which can be called upon at any time.
It is your responsibility to hold accurate records regarding your system(s) – a necessity if you undertake environmental audits on your premises – and legally required under a TM44 assessment.
