Project Coordinator

Are you an excellent communicator, who has great attention to detail and can manage a varied workload? 

If you answered yes to the above, we have an opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the Closewood team – someone who can support our business and work with all departments, to deliver excellent levels of customer service. 

We work within a fast-paced industry, so being able to organise a varied workload is key to success. We’re also looking for someone who can use their own initiative and is excited about joining us on a journey of steady growth and development of the role.

Essential tasks include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and act as a key point of contact for all project work
  • Support the projects team and manage elements of the team’s workflow, such as;
    • Scheduling project work in accordance with customer expectations
    • Ordering equipment and parts 
    • Issuing paperwork and documentation to clients; including O&M’s
    • Invoicing and applications for payment
    • Health and safety requirements (RAM’s)
    • PQQ’s

  • Keeping all necessary records up-to-date, both internally and for customers
  • Monitoring training and development records and requirements


You’ll be a key contact for all things projects related, but will also support other departments where necessary, for example, accounts administration duties and other ad-hoc projects. 

We’re looking for someone who:

– Is passionate about providing high levels of customer service
– Is confident working with people and can build good working relationships 
– Collaborates well within a team and is comfortable working independently 
– Is organised, able to manage time and prioritise tasks in accordance with KPI’s 
– Is driven, able to work under own initiative and supports development of others within the team

Ideally, we’re looking for a full-time candidate, who can work Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00, as this is a customer facing role. We are open to discuss alternatives for the right candidate. There is an element of hybrid working to this role, with 3 days in the office required per week. 

Salary: up to £25,000 DOE + additional benefits and opportunities for renumeration
